This night is going to be about the future of food. You’ll have the opportunity to grab a beer while taking part of the talk or just listen to it. Svenn Arne Lie, one of the writers of the book “En nasjon av kjøtthuer” (a nation of meat eaters), Siri Helle, adventurer and freelance journalist, Arne Bardalen, special advisor at NIBIO, and Øystein Heggdal, agronom and journalist, will all be there talking and starting off the night. Espen Syljuåsen is the moderator of the evening.
