Leader (2 periods)
As Leader of the Society Board, you have the highest responsibility for the daily operations of the Studentsamfunnet in Ås and lead the Society Board. You are the organization’s public face and represent the Society in meetings with both external actors and internal partners.
In this role, you gain a comprehensive overview of the operations and activities at the Studentsamfunnet in Ås. You play a central role in facilitating an engaging and well-functioning environment, as well as contributing to ensuring that the organization’s strategy is implemented in practice. To succeed in the position, it is important to be structured and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Chief Financial Officer (3 periods)
As Chief Financial Officer, you have overall responsibility for all financial activity in the Society Board, NU and Tuntreet. The position includes responsibility for investments, artist booking, pricing of bar products, tickets, the payment system Zettle, as well as weekly accounting, invoicing and budget follow-up. The Chief Financial Officer works closely with the committees and has a controller role together with the finance assistant.
Structure and an interest in numbers are important, as you are involved in everything from paying bills to budgeting. The position provides valuable experience and is a unique opportunity to gain experience with financial management in an organization that turns over millions of kroner based on voluntary effort. The best part of the position is all the pleasant and skilled people you get to know!

Events Manager (3 periods)
As Events Manager, you have overall responsibility for all planning behind the semester program. This includes planning and carrying out these events, whether they are smaller events such as (u)aktuelt or larger ones such as semester kickoff. All of this is done in cooperation with the events committee and the rest of the Society Board. As Events Manager, you have the opportunity to put your own mark on what happens at the house.
This is an exciting position that gives you the opportunity to shape the semester program. And last, but not least, you gain board experience that is extremely valuable to carry forward. If you are creative, hardworking, structured and full of execution ability, then the role of Events Manager is something for you.

Bodega Manager (2 periods)
As Bodega Manager in the Society Board, one shall ensure that the daily operations of the house run as they should; this includes, among other things, maintaining contact with SiÅs, NMBU and the police, as well as having control over and following up committee leaders.
Most of the time as Bodega Manager is spent on meetings, planning and email.

Marketing Manager (2 periods)
As Marketing Manager in the Society Board, one shall inform the Society’s members about what is happening and when it is happening.
It is important to have the ability to communicate in a way that is easy to understand, and that the information reaches as many people as possible.

Administration Manager (2 periods)
As Administration Manager in the Society Board, one shall be a point of contact between Samfunnet in Ås and its members, as well as the general public.
You have several important tasks as a block leader, board member and general contact person for the Studentsamfunnet in Ås.
In addition, planning internal events for volunteers and the semesterly General Assembly are the most important tasks you have as Administration Manager.

Næringslivsutvalget

Leader (2 periods)
The Leader position in Næringslivsutvalget mainly involves maintaining control over the board and the finances, and being the public face of NU.
It is a time-demanding position where one must become well acquainted with various parts of the operations of Studentsamfunnet in Ås, cooperation and sponsorship agreements, and how one can best integrate NMBU’s students into working life. One also participates in meetings of the Hus- og Finansstyret, among other things.

Sponsor Manager (2 periods)
The most important task of the Sponsor Manager is to maintain good cooperation with the companies that currently have agreements, while also attempting to contact new companies for future cooperation.
In addition, there are weekly meetings with the rest of the Næringslivsutvalget board, obtaining quiz prizes, and assisting when NU organizes company presentations, Karrieredagen and similar activities that one works with.

Marketing Manager (2 periods)
As Marketing Manager in Næringslivsutvalget at NMBU, one shall ensure that NU’s events reach the audience. To achieve this, one should have some knowledge of graphic design.
The position does not require that one masters Photoshop or other image editing programs to a high degree, but that one should be able to create appealing, informative images, as well as be able to edit video.

Events Manager (2 periods)
As Events Manager in NU, one has responsibility for planning, organizing and carrying out career-promoting events for us students at NMBU. This applies to all events, except Karrieredagen.
The position gives you room to be creative and carry out events that you yourself find interesting, and that you believe the student body would like to participate in.

Administration Manager (2 periods)
As Administration Manager in NU, one has responsibility for writing minutes after each meeting, as well as maintaining order in NU’s archives.
Together with the Leader, one has responsibility for keeping track of internal finances within the board. The Administration Manager also has the overall responsibility for the student associations at NMBU, where one, among other things, plans and organizes seminars with various themes for them approximately once during the semester.
As Administration Manager, one also has responsibility for all stand bookings that take place on campus, whether it involves students or external companies!

Karrieredagen Manager (3 periods)
As Karrieredagen Manager, you have the main responsibility for planning and carrying out Karrieredagen each autumn and spring.
These are fairs that are well arranged for students and companies, with evening events that include dinner and entertainment.
Karrieredagen are excellent arenas for establishing contact between companies and motivated students at NMBU. Students have the opportunity to meet working life, as well as build a larger network among companies.

UKA i Ås

UKEsjef (four periods)
As UKEsjef, you are the top Leader of the UKEstyret and the UKA organization. One is the public face of UKA i Ås and attends meetings with both external actors and actors on campus.
You gain a good overview of what is happening within the UKA organization. One meets incredibly many skilled and pleasant people, and establishes new connections across Studentsamfunnet, NMBU and Norway.
The UKEsjef has responsibility to act as a unifying person among engaged volunteers; one should be structured, good at listening and possess the ability to motivate others.

Events Manager (four periods)
As Events Manager, you are primarily responsible for designing the UKE program and everything that is included in it. This means planning and carrying out all concerts and events. You largely act as a coordinator between booking, activity, UKEhjelpa and sceneteknisk, and the rest of the UKA organization.
This is an extremely exciting position, where you have the opportunity to shape and follow the UKE program from start to finish. You gain a unique insight into everything required to plan and carry out UKA i Ås.

Marketing Manager (four periods)
As Marketing Manager, you have the overall responsibility for marketing and information dissemination related to UKA i Ås. Together with the creative committee leaders in the block, you will ensure that attention is drawn to the festival and attract guests to the many events taking place at the house, both through physical and digital measures. This includes STUNT, creating the UKEmagasin and UKElåt, recruiting volunteers, creating UKEdesign in social media, the website and physical items such as merchandise, and documenting the festivities during the festival through photo and film.
Here you work as a marketing coordinator and facilitator for strong cooperation both within the UKA organization and externally through various actors in the region.
We are looking for a structured and capable person who enjoys balancing a creative and administrative role, and who wants to showcase UKA i Ås on a larger scale.

Revysjef (four periods)
As Revysjef, you have the overall administrative responsibility for the UKErevyen. You work closely with your committee leaders and build the UKErevyen from vision to premiere, in addition to serving as a link between them and the rest of the UKA organization.
The position offers a daily routine filled with idea generation, creative expression and a lot of laughter. At the same time, it is important to mention that the administrative responsibility is a large part of the job, in addition to an important responsibility to safeguard the revue’s interests in the overall festival planning.
It is an advantage if one has worked somewhat with revue before, but as long as one is passionate about revue and can maintain some structure, the most important qualities are in place!

Festsjef (four periods)
As Festsjef, you have the overall responsibility for the festblokka, which is the heart of the festival’s safety and hosting. Festblokka ensures that both volunteers and guests experience a safe and inclusive festival experience. This includes responsibility for hosting, entrance, security and conflict management, as well as facilitating good communication and cooperation across the organization.
Festblokka plays a central role in planning and carrying out the festival’s events. You will work closely with other blocks to ensure that logistics function well, that the atmosphere is positive, and that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your efforts lay the foundation for a safe, well-organized and memorable festival.
We are looking for a structured and caring Leader who is good at motivating and supporting others. You must be comfortable taking responsibility, solving challenges along the way, and have a strong ability to stay calm in hectic situations. Experience with events at Samfunnet is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you want to make a difference and contribute to making UKA i Ås a highlight for everyone involved.

Chief Financial Officer (four periods)
As Chief Financial Officer, you have the overall responsibility for the project’s finances. You are responsible for preparing and following up budgets, which in many ways set the framework for UKA i Ås. Before the festival itself begins, thorough planning is required. In close cooperation with the sponsor team, you work to secure sponsors, and together with other committee leaders you help set prices, develop payment systems and prepare reports.
Together with a skilled accounting team, you ensure continuous bookkeeping throughout the entire project. When UKA i Ås is over, there will also be some additional work to ensure that all financial aspects are concluded in a correct and orderly manner.
As Chief Financial Officer, you have the opportunity to participate and speak during meetings of the Hus- og Finansstyret. Here, the long-term financial plans for Studentsamfunnet in Ås are established, and this board is responsible for investments in the house.

Driftssjef (four periods)
The Driftssjef is a key role in the UKEstyret, with responsibility for leading the driftsblokka and ensuring that all house and administrative tasks are carried out in an efficient and creative manner. As Driftssjef, you lead a team of committee leaders who are responsible for areas such as administration, personnel, carpentry work, logistics, rigging, house design and more. You ensure that Samfunnet is transformed into a unique arena for the festival, while also maintaining oversight of administrative matters and coordinating tasks internally within the block.
The Driftssjef plays a central role in developing UKA i Ås 2026, as the main responsibility for finding premises that can replace Aud. Max during renovation will rest with you.
Areas of responsibility include: Overall leadership of the driftsblokka, including recruitment, training and motivation of committee leaders and volunteers. Planning and implementation of technical changes and logistics at Studentsamfunnet in Ås to create a unique festival experience. Further development of UKA through innovation and applications for funding for new projects.
As Driftssjef, it is expected that you are engaged, responsible and good at building trust. You should be a motivating Leader who is able to balance demands with support, while creating an inclusive and positive environment for those around you. The role gives you a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute to shaping one of Norway’s most significant student events.

Serveringssjef (four periods)
As Serveringssjef, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the festival has an exciting and varied food and beverage offering. You ensure that guests can enjoy something good in their glass and on their plate during all events, whether it is party evenings, premieres, or other happenings at the house. The serving experience is a central part of the festival’s atmosphere, and your job is to ensure that both quality and selection meet the expectations of both guests and volunteers.
You will lead a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about food and beverages, and it will be your task to ensure that everything from logistics and deliveries to staffing and service runs smoothly. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to cooperate closely with other blocks in the organization to create cohesive experiences.
We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged and solution-oriented. You thrive working at a high pace, and you have both an interest in the service industry and a strong desire to contribute to making UKA i Ås an unforgettable festival for everyone who participates. Relevant experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have drive and determination to succeed in the role.

Tuntreet: Editor (2 periods) GF autumn & spring
As Editor in Tuntreet, you have the overall responsibility for both the content and the operations of the student newspaper. During the first semester, you function as journalism leader, where you are responsible for setting up and following up article lists for all editions, as well as ensuring that the journalists receive support and guidance in their work. In the second semester, you transition into the role of responsible editor, where you take on the administrative responsibility for the editorial team. This includes HR tasks such as hiring, management of budget and finances, as well as close cooperation with other bodies within Studentsamfunnet to ensure good coordination and execution of the newspaper’s work.

Hus- og Finansstyret: External representative (2 periods) GF spring
As an external representative in Hus- og Finansstyret, one shall have control over finances, long-term operations and management of the house, as well as be available to the boards at Studentsamfunnet in Ås and assist in their matters in daily operations. The main tasks in the position are to participate in board meetings two to three times per semester and seminars with the boards, as well as follow up matters concerning the house. The position is not very time-consuming, while at the same time one learns a great deal from it.

Hus- og Finansstyret: Student representative (2 periods) GF autumn
As a student representative in Hus- og Finansstyret, you gain an exciting and varied role across several bodies within Studentsamfunnet. You contribute to planning and organizing meetings, arrange one seminar per semester and coordinate a seminar trip for the entire office wing. In addition, you assist the boards where needed. The position provides valuable experience in structuring and organizing, while also giving you unique insight into the operations of Studentsamfunnet. The role will largely become what you make of it, so here you have the opportunity to contribute a lot if you wish. To thrive in the position, it is an advantage to have some familiarity with Studentsamfunnet, to be curious, self-driven, structured and enjoy working with other people.

Valgnemnda (2 periods) GF autumn & spring
As a member of Valgnemnda, you are responsible for finding candidates for the announced positions for the General Assembly, as well as helping them write their candidacy and speech. There is most work to be done in the weeks leading up to the General Assembly, but one works throughout the year to find worthy candidates. In addition, one assists with the execution and planning of the General Assembly together with the Administration Manager at Samfunnet in Ås.
